I facilitate transformation and embodied remembrance of our innate Wholeness, with an understanding that Divine Love is the underpinning of all life. I blend somatic practices, energy medicine and sacred arts with transpersonal therapeutic perspectives. My sessions and events take many forms.
My approach is unconditionally loving, creative, Ecumenical and Earth spirituality leaning. I meet clients where they are with curiosity and depth. I am a metaphysician and transformational expansion guide, rather than a traditional "therapist".
My private practice serves people making leaps in their lives and developmental awakening, insourcing their power to expand and deepen their potential and innate gifts. Sessions are offered in a personal healing context as well as practitioner mentorship over seasons. Offered online and in person, even one session catalyzes life long shifts. I have been blessed by a life long love of transformational, metaphysical and evolutionary education.
In my early 20’s, my Masters studies in Creation Spirituality and Art as Meditation landed me into the company of wisdom elders including ecumenical leader Matthew Fox, physicist, Brian Swimme, Earth based spirituality priestess, Starhawk, Yoruban Ifa priestess, Luisa Tiesch, Jungian Therapist, Jeremy Taylor, and Shamanic practitioners Sandra Ingerman, Michael Harner and Alberto Villoldo. This entry point expanded into decades of polymathic training, practice and facilitation, which has grounded my ability to bring my innate gifts into the world, and support others to do the same.
